Agreement achieved with TRP-PVE, an Italian-Chinese joint venture company, for the construction of a photovoltaic plant in Apulia region for a capacity of approximately 1 MWp

Terni, February 5th 2010 – TerniEnergia announces that, further to the understanding with TRP-PVE, a joint venture company jointly held by the Italian TRP S.r.l. and the Chinese Saee (Shanghai aerospace automobile electromechanical co.), today it entered into an agreement with PV 1 Mesole Srl, a company controlled by the above mentioned joint venture, for the construction of a photovoltaic plant in Apulia region, with a capacity, after installation, of approximately 1 MWp, for a value of approximately Euro 3 million.

The parties have in view the possibility to extend such a mutual collaboration for the construction of further photovoltaic plants in Italy.
