ENAV will monitor and analyze the consumption data of the individual sites where the electricity is delivered to the customer (in the energy sector they are referred to as PODs) and those related to the contract entered into with the energy suppliers.

This is what guarantees the Softeco solution called “Energy Retail” qualifying for the energy management sector of the company that manages civil air traffic in Italy. A prestigious and qualifying customer for the digital company of the TerniEnergia Group, which thanks to this partnership can strengthen its role as provider of decision support services, able to optimize energy consumption and promote actions aimed at making consumption more efficient.

Energy efficiency: a strategic sector

Energy efficiency with digital solutions and technologies is, in fact, one of the sectors in which Softeco is aiming decisively to put the pluses deriving from integration with the listed company on the system and with industrial leadership experiences in the utility sector into a system.

The digital lever for energy management

Softeco, in this supply for ENAV, will implement a tailor made version for ENAV of the Energy Retail solution, designed specifically for Energy Managers, to allow and optimize the analysis of consumption and costs incurred for energy. The Energy Data Manager (EDM) module allows, in fact, the consumption analysis of all the utilities included in the supply through the acquisition of data both from the fiscal meter and from other meters eventually present in the different derivations of the system. It is also possible to recalculate the value of the various components of the supply and compare them with those on the invoice received from the supplier. In particular, Softeco will provide the basic hardware and software architecture, data back-up service, connectivity, system management service and help-desk service.

EDM brings consumption control to a higher level

EDM is the solution for Energy Managers that comes from Softeco’s decades-long market experience, thanks to its package of features studied directly in the field, allows high automation of business processes – cost and consumption control – through the creation of ad hoc designed reports. EDM also interfaces with the information systems of the authorities (SII, ARERA, GSE, Terna, …) and is compatible with cloud and on-premise infrastructures.
