Appointed the new head of Internal Audit department

The Board of Directors of TerniEnergia, a company listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and part of the Italeaf Group, met today under the chairmanship of Stefano Neri, taken note of the resignation of Mr Giovanni Braconi for his position as Internal Auditor of the Company, due to professional and personal commitments, has appointed Francesco Migliorati as head of the internal audit function in outsourcing.
