PERSONALBUS has different modules depending on the service you want to offer:

For disabled people, it offers a service capable of satisfying the needs of habitual mobility (school, work, health commuting) which allows autonomous time management and guarantees better social inclusion.

For day and night public transport, it can integrate or replace traditional line services.

For the transport of students there is an automatic service planning and planning system that can be implemented at the beginning of the school year by optimizing the routes to reach each individual student.

On-board terminal

PERSONALBUS involves the installation of an on-board graphic terminal on fleets or the use of a mobile device – such as tablet – on non-exclusive means. These devices allow the exact location of each vehicle via GPS and the activation of communication between the Operations Center and vehicles, for the online and real-time updating of the required routes.

The typical functions of the monitoring systems are also provided (pre-coded messages, mileage, certification, regularity, etc.) and value-added functions (safety on board, traffic light priority, telemetry). The efficiency of the system is completed by interfacing with existing on-board devices (visual and sound communication, intelligent obliteration systems, cameras).


PERSONALBUS offers an easily accessible service through two main modes: via call center or through an automatic system. The second mode includes IVR, SMS sending, web interface, request from totem, via on-board terminal, via app. Both methods of requesting the service are directly connected to the Operations Center which is highly configurable to allow operating on compact systems or distributed architectures. It has a level of flexibility that allows the management of different types of service: runs on fixed lines and flexible service on the network of stops, detours on request, door-to-door service.
