The completion of all the 15 new plants is expected within the first quarter of 2010.

TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy field, one of the main system integrator companies in Italy in the photovoltaic sector, announces that it entered into certain purchase agreements on 8 September 2009, each relating to three limited responsibility companies whose corporate names are Capital Solar, Newcoenergy and Investimenti Infrastrutture and whose registered offices are all in Nardò, in the province of Lecce.

The above mentioned transactions are aimed at developing and building 15 new photovoltaic plants of industrial size in Puglia Region. 4 of the 15 planned photovoltaic plants mentioned above are already feasible for starting works phase and the remaining 11 ones are at different stages of progress.
TerniEnergia expects to complete the 15 new plants, whose capacity totally amounts to approximately 13 MWp, at the latest by the first quarter of the next year.
By virtue of such purchase transactions, TerniEnergia has increased further its productive portfolio that on 30 June 2009 included 113 photovoltaic plants and whose summed up capacity exceeds 25 MWp.
Furthermore, by the end of this month, the Company will complete the construction of additional 9 photovoltaic plants whose total set up power amounts to approximately 10 MWp.
