TerniEnergia, a company listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and part of the Italeaf Group, further to what was announced on December 18, 2017 and on January 31, 2018 – with regard to the binding offer for the purchase of certain photovoltaic plants by a leading international investment operator – announces that it has agreed with the counterparty to set a deadline of March 16, 2018 for the signing-date of the transaction.
