It should be noted that today, pursuant to art. 154-ter of the Legislative Decree. 24 February 1998 no. 58, the consolidated annual financial report as at 31 December 2017 and the separate financial statements as at 31 December 2017 of TerniEnergia SpA were published, accompanied by the reports of the auditing firm EY SpA. The reports of the independent auditors EY conclude that it is impossible to express an opinion on the financial statements as at 31 December 2017.
