TerniEnergia smart company listed on the electronic share market (MTA) of Borsa Italiana and part of the Italeaf Group, announces that the Annual Financial Report as at 31 December 2018 (including the draft financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the directors’ reports on operations, the attestations of the Manager in charge pursuant to art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of Legislative Decree 58/98), together with the reports of the independent auditors, as well as the report on corporate governance and ownership structure, were filed, in accordance with the law, at the registered office of Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Consob, as well as on the storage mechanism www.1Info.it.
