Head of Internal Audit appointed by the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of algoWatt, GreenTech Solutions company listed on Borsa Italiana’s electronic stock exchange (MTA), today appointed lawyer Giovanni Braconi as head of the company’s internal audit function, after verifying the requirements of professionalism and independence. The appointment of Mr. Braconi was made following the resignation from this function of Dr. Francesco Migliorati, due to new professional commitments.
