TerniEnergia, a company in the renewable energy sources field, among the main system integrators in Italy in the photovoltaic sector, announces that on 25 August 2009, it collected from Royal Club Snc, the sum of 5.089 thousand euro for the construction of the 984 kWp installation at Lizzanello in the province Lecce. The “Royal Club” installation was constructed in the third quarter of 2008. Deferral of payment with respect to the natural expiry date was due to difficulties endured by the client in obtaining lease finance that was later granted in 2009 by Leasint. This collection enables TerniEnergia to substantially improve its liability position including reduction in commercial credits and net working capital.
