Terni, 10 September 2009 – Today, TerniEnergia S.p.A. signed two contracts, each of which relating to the construction of a photovoltaic plant to be built according to the requirements set forth by Ministerial Decree 19 February 2007. Notably, it entered one of such contracs with its controlling company, T.E.R.N.I. Research S.p.A., and the other one with a company named Carovigno S.r.l., whose minority shareholder is a related party.
On the basis of the qualification of these clients as related parties, TerniEnergia S.p.A. wishes to provide a detailed description of the main terms of the above mentioned transactions pursuant to article 71 bis, paragraph 1, of Consob Regulation 11971/99.
