A new deadline for the filing of minority lists for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors

Please be informed that, only one list for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors has been filed by the majority shareholder T.E.R.N.I. Research S.p.A. and, therefore, pursuant to article 144-sexies of Consob Regulation 11971/99, the deadline for the filing of lists of Statutory Auditors candidates by Shareholders owning shares representing at least half of 2.5% of the share capital has been extended to April 19, 2010.
