Opened 6 working sites for 14,0 MWp

TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy field, listed on Star Segment of Borsa Italiana announces that the construction of 6 industrial sized photovoltaic plants for a total power of 14,0 MWp has been started in the following regions: Piemonte, Veneto, Molise,Puglia, and Sardegna. The completion of the above mentioned plants is expected to take place within June30, 2011.

Notably two of the six plants were performed in “full equity” intended to remain in full ownership of the company for a capacity of 1,7MWp on greenhouse, while the remaining 4 were performed for important national players for a total capacity of 12,3 MWp.

Only for one of these latter mentioned plants, for a total installed capacity of 1 MWp, supply of panels is included. The Company confirms that within May 2011 the plant in Latina for an installed capacity of power exceeding 3 MWp, performed on account of Energie, an equally owned Joint Venture Company incorporated by TerniEnergia and EDF EN Italia , will be completed.
