TerniEnergia, active in the renewable Energy field and listed on Star Segment of Borsa Italiana,  as part of its development strategy, completed yesterday the constitution of the Company TerniEnergia Polska Sp.zoo. in Krakow . 
The Polish subsidiary, wholly owned by TerniEnergia, will have as its goal the development, construction and operation of plants producing energy from renewable sources, plants for waste management, for  treatment and recovery of used tires and in general, for the recovery of materials and energy, energy efficiency, and  decommissioning and revamping  of industrial plants,  recovery of metals from demolition and reclamation of industrial sites.
