TerniEnergia, a company active in the renewable energy sector listed on Star segment of Borsa Italiana, pursuant to art. 2.6.2 of the Rules of the Markets organized and managed by the Italian Stock Exchange, in addition to what was announced in the Calendar of Corporate Events 2012, announces that on September 14, 2012 will be held on the Board of Directors to approve the Business plan and the Development strategic guidelines 2013-2015 after merger with TerniGreen.
