TerniEnergia, a company active in the renewable energy sectors, energy efficiency and waste management, listed on Star segment of Borsa Italiana, signed a contract with a primary European utility for the construction of a photovoltaic plant with a total capacity of 21,7 MWp in the region of Campania . The contract provided the plant construction with the formula “EPC Contract” (turnkey) without solar panels supply for an amount of approximately Euro 12.45 million. The working site has been already opened and its completion is scheduled by June 30th, 2013.
TerniEnergia also announces that it has signed a factoring contract with Ifitalia International Factors SpA of the Group BNP Paribas to sell “recourse” of receivables arising from construction of photovoltaic plants in Greece, for a total amount of € 2.5 million.
