TerniEnergia, company active in the renewable energy sectors, energy efficiency and waste management, listed on Star Segment of Borsa Italiana, signed agreements with subsidiaries under Romanian law part of Bissi Holding Group, for the construction of new industrial sized photovoltaic plants in Romania.

In particular, the contracts provides the plant construction by TerniEnergia Romania, the Romanian subsidiary of TerniEnergia S.p.A., of 3 photovoltaic plant with “EPC Contract” (turnkey formula) with panels supply in the area of Lugoj Darova (Ro) for an installed capacity of 2,5 MWp and a consideration of € 2.8 million. The working sites will be opened in the coming days.

The signing of these important new contracts follows the framework agreement, announced to the market in the month of May, with the Bissi Holding Group, one of the most active operator in the renewable energy sector, with a significant track record in photovoltaics and engaged as TerniEnergia in a substantial program of internationalization of its business. The first three plants commissioned by Bissi Holding to TerniEnergia are completed and is close the grid connection”.
