TerniEnergia announces that, in addition to what is stated in the Financial Calendar 2013 released last February 1, the Board of Directors will be held on Monday, September 30, 2013 for the approval of the new Industrial Plan 2013 – 2016.
TerniEnergia also communicates that the Industrial Plan 2013 – 2016 will be presented to the financial community and the press on Tuesday, October 1, 2013. The presentation will take place at 11.00 AM GMT (12:00 Italian) in London at the headquarters of the London Stock Exchange – 10 Paternoster Square – London EC4M 7LS, as part of Borsa Italiana’s Star Conference London 2013.
