- Collesanto Srl owns 2 utility scale photovoltaic plants for a total of 2 MWp
- The transaction price amount to € 1.9 million to be paid in cash by March 31, 2014
TerniEnergia SpA, a company active in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency and waste management, which is listed on the Star segment of Borsa Italiana, as part of its strategy to increase the value of its photovoltaic assets, has signed an agreement for the sale of 50% of the share capital of the JV Collesanto Srl to PVGE 1 Srl (a company 99% controlled by Genera SpA), owner of two utility scale PV plants for an installed capacity of about 1 MWp each.
The total price of the sale has been agreed between the parties to Euro 1.9 million, of which € 1.2 million relating to the value of the shares and € 0.7 million for the repayment of shareholder loans made by TerniEnergia to Collesanto Srl.
The payment by PVGE 1 Srl will be made in cash by March 31, 2014.
The transaction will be subject to a resolutive condition of the lack of consent expressed by the leasing company with which TerniEnergia signed two contracts relating to participation in company, no later than March 31, 2014.
