TerniEnergia announces the appointment of Banca IMI SpA as Specialist for the STAR segment of the MTA of Borsa Italiana SpA

TerniEnergia announces that starting from April 28, 2017 Banca IMI SpA took over over from Intermonte SIM SpA as Specialist in the STAR segment of the MTA organised and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A, in accordance with art. 2.3.5 of the Rules of the Markets.
