Appointed a manager for the Internal Audit function and the Chairmanship of the Audit Committee

The Board of Directors of TerniEnergia, smart energy company active in the fields of renewable energy, energy efficiency, waste and energy management, listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and part of Italeaf Group, in view of the ongoing corporate changes, in view of a reorganization of the human resources and in order to harmonize the administrative activities of the Group, has approved the outsourcing of internal audit function.

Consequently, the Board has appointed Att. Giovanni Braconi, as manager of the internal audit function in outsourcing for TerniEnergia as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
