Terni, 23 September 2009 – TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy field, one of the main system integrator companies in Italy in the photovoltaic sector, announces that on 22 september 2009 collected from Energetica S.r.l. the amount of Euro 4,326 thousand as partial remuneration for the performance of the photovoltaic plant named “Nardò Ferrovie”, whose power is about 990 kWp, located in Nardò Municipality in the Province of Lecce.
The plant shall be completed during the second quarter of 2009. The payment mentioned above relates to an amount equal to 85% of the total sum still due, thus being in accordance with the agreements entered into with both the client and the financial lease company that financed such a transaction (i.e. Ubi Leasing). The remaining 15% (approximately Euro 750 thousand) shall be paid to TerniEnergia at the time the plant connection to national electric net will be carried out. Such a collection shall enable the company to obtain a quite relevant improvement of its debt position as well as a reduction of its commercial credits and the net working capital.
