By the third quarter, upon completion of the installations, the company will have achieved its industrial goals for 2009


5 of the new installations are assigned to the joint ventures for the production and sales of electrical energy from solar sources, with total capacity of 6 MWp, while 4 of them are for third parties (4 MWp)

Terni, 31 August 2009 – TerniEnergia, a company in the renewable energy sources field, among the main system integrators in Italy in the photovoltaic sector, will complete the construction of nine 10 MWp industrial photovoltaic installations within September.

Seven new construction sites are located in Puglia, one in Marche and one in Umbria. The latter is a photovoltaic park with power capacity exceeding 3 MWp.

In particular, 5 of the new installations (6 MWp approx.) are assigned to the joint ventures TerniEnergia with Edf Energies Nouvelles Italia – EnergiaAlternativa S.r.l. and Energie S.r.l. – for the sale of generated energy.
The other 4 installations under construction, 2 of which include solar panels, have been constructed for third parties, with power not exceeding 4 MW.

With the completion of all 9 installations, the company will have achieved, by the end of the third quarter, the industrial goals set for the whole of 2009.
