- TerniEnergia Hellas M.e.p.e. will carry out “Turnkey” photovoltaic plants for leading European utilities

TerniEnergia, a Company active in the energy field from renewable sources and listed on Star Segment of Borsa Italiana, as part of its development strategy, finalized in Athens the setting up of the company TerniEnergia Hellas M.e.p.e. which aims to the development, construction and operation of industrial – sized photovoltaic plants in Greece. The new company will start its activity with the management of working sites for the construction of two “ turnkey” photovoltaic plants without panels supply and on behalf of Special Purpose Companies (SPV) Chamolio SA and Agrilia Baka SA, both 100% owned by a leading European utility each of an installed capacity of approximately 5 MWp, as already announced to the Market on December 12, 2011.
TerniEnergia aims to acquire new orders with “EPC Contract” formula establishing also on the Hellenic market its heritage of skills in implementing the building of Photovoltaic plants “ utility scale” acquired by the parent company in Italy.
