TerniEnergia, a company listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and part of the Italeaf Group, further to what was announced on December 18, 2017 – with regard to the binding offer for the purchase of certain photovoltaic plants by a leading international investment operator – announces that it has agreed with the counterparty an extension until February 28, 2018 of the deadline for signing-date of the transaction, previously scheduled for today’s date.
