Factoring agreement signed with Enel. Factor for an amount of Euro 12 million

TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy field and listed on Star segment of Borsa Italiana, announces the signing of a factoring agreement with Enel. Factor S.p.A. for the sale of “no-recourse” loans resulting from the construction of photovoltaic systems, for a total of Euro 12 million. This transaction adds to “no-recourse” factoring agreement with MPS Leasing & Factoring S.p.A. for a ceiling of Euro 30 million.
