TerniEnergia S.p.A. a company operating in the renewable energy sector, acknowledges receipt of qualification of STAR segment by Borsa Italiana S.p.A. so, starting from December 28th, 2010, ordinary shares will be traded on the segment Titoli ad Alti Requisiti (STAR) of MTA.
The company has successfully completed the admission process following the request to Borsa Italiana S.p.A. dated October 19th, 2010 in order to be listed on the STAR segment. All the requirements and procedures according to art.2.2.3 of the Regulation issued by Borsa Italiana have been respectively achieved and completely carried out by the company.
Intermonte SIM S.p.A acts as specialist in the STAR segment.
