MANUFACTURING SERVICE ECOSYSTEM
The transition from product-centric offerings to a value-proposition based on product-service bundles is a hard challenge for European manufacturing enterprises, which are in need of models, methods and tools to face the servitization process through a structured approach in order to mitigate the risks and maximize the opportunities.
THE PROJECT
The MSEE project designed and developed an integrated IT System, which support the servitization process through IT tools specifically developed.
The MSEE IT system is composed by three main platforms that have been validated in four Industrial test cases that involved MSEE end-users namely Indesit, Philips, Bivolino and Ibarmia.
