- Massimo Solbiati appointed Chairman of the Related Party Transactions Committee and Lead Independent Director
The Board of Directors of algoWatt S.p.A., a GreenTech Solutions Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of Borsa Italiana, met today under the chairmanship of Stefano Neri and resolved to reintegrate the Committee for Related Party Transactions, with the independent director Massimo Solbiati taking over as Chairman. Consequently, the Procedure for Related Party Transactions was updated, which is available on the Company’s website at www.algowatt.com (Corporate Governance/Corporate Documents section) and in the centralised storage mechanism for regulated information called ‘1Info’.
The independent director Massimo Solbiati was appointed Lead Independent Director.
