Start of the setting up of working sites for building new 18 photovoltaic plants for a total power of approximately 19 MWp

TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy sector, listed on MTA market of Borsa Italiana, announces the start of works for building 18 new photovoltaic plants in Umbria, Marche, Piemonte, Puglia regions for a total capacity of approximately 19 MWp.

Approximately 10 MWp are for joint venture companies, while the remaining 9 MWp are to be performed on account of third parties clients. The completion of building works for approximately 14 MWp is expected to take place within June 2010.

As at March 31, 2010 the total number of plants built by TerniEnergia is 138, for an aggregate capacity of 50,3 MWp, of which 26,5 MWp were performed for the joint venture companies.
