TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy field, one of the main system integrators in the photovoltaic sector in Italy, listed on MTA market of Borsa Italiana, has incorporated the joint venture company named Sol Tarenti together with Ferrero Elettra S.r.l.. Also the latter company operates in the renewable energy sector and it is controlled by Ferrero Mangimi S.p.A. from Cuneo, a leading company in the zoo technical food sector in Italy.
This new equally owned joint venture company, with registered office in Narni (TR), at Nera Montoro, inside the industrial premises previously belonging to the former Nuova Terni Industrie Chimiche, is expected to start its activity through the setting up of industrial sized photovoltaic plants for a total capacity approximately amounting to 3 MWp.
Sol Tarenti’s Board of Directors is made up of Avv. Stefano Neri, TerniEnergia’s CEO, and dott. Massimo Ferrero, Ferrero Mangimi’s owner, which shall be respectively the Chairman and Vice Chairman.
