Framework agreement with Energhie of Bissi Holding for the construction of photovoltaic plants with a total installed capacity of 5.5 MWp
- Opened working sites for the first 3 MWp in the locality of Buzias for an amount of approximately 3.3 million
- The remaining 2.5 MWp are still under development phase in the locality of Lugoj-Darova
- Signed EPC contract with panels supply
TerniEnergia, company active in the renewable energy sectors, energy efficiency and waste management, listed on Star Segment of Borsa Italiana, signed a framework agreement with the company Energhie of Bissi Holding Group, for the construction of 6 industrial sized photovoltaic plants of a total capacity of 5.5 MWp in Romania. In particular, the contract provides the plant construction by TerniEnergia Romania, the Romanian subsidiary of TerniEnergia S.p.A., of 3 photovoltaic plant with “EPC Contract” (turnkey formula) with panels supply in the locality of Buzias for an installed capacity of 3 MWp and a consideration of € 3.3 million. The working sites have already been opened and the expected completion is scheduled for July 30th, 2013.
Bissi Holding, through subsidiaries under Romanian law, is also developing the realization of 3 additional photovoltaic plants in the area of Lugoj Darova (Ro) for a total power of 2.5 MWp, which at the end of the authorization process will be entrusted to TerniEnergia under the same technical and financial conditions mentioned in the contract.
