TerniEnergia S.p.a.’s board of directors approves the signing of a framework agreement with a national player, leader in the electric energy field, concerning the projection and construction of n0. 6 photovoltaic plants in 2010

The Board of Directors of TerniEnergia S.p.A. has approved the subscription of a frame work agreement with a national player, who is a leader in the electric energy field, for the projection and building of six photovoltaic plants for a total power capacity of 14,5 MW.

The subscription of such an agreement has been awarded by TerniEnergia, through the submission of a tender.

The above mentioned plants shall be built in Central Italy during the year 2010 for a total amount of approximately Euro 45 million.
