It should be noted that the Annual Financial Report as at 31 December 2017 (including the draft annual financial statements, the consolidated financial statements, the directors’ reports on operations, the certifications of the Manager in charge pursuant to Art. 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Legislative Decree no. 58/98, the reports of the Board of Statutory Auditors), together with the reports of the independent auditors, as well as the report on corporate governance and ownership structure, have been deposited, pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of law, at the registered office, Borsa Italiana S.p.A., Consob, as well as on the storage mechanism www.1Info.it.
It should also be noted that the Remuneration Report prepared in accordance with art. 123-ter of the Legislative Decree. 58/1998 has been filed. These documents are also available on the Company’s website www.ternienergia.com (Investor Relations section).
