At the prestigious site of the Tower of London was held yesterday afternoon, the awards ceremony of the 2011 edition of the “Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA”, one of the most authoritative rankings in the technology sector which rewards the efforts and dedication of the 500 EMEA companies that have recorded the highest growth rate in revenues over the last 5 years.


The 2011 edition was particularly exciting, the average growth of the 500 winning companies have been more than 1,200%, 3,900% for the first 100 companies, while the winner has achieved a growth rate of 28,617%.
Three Italian companies were among the 500 winners: 
TerniEnergia, which operates in the field of renewable technologies and energy efficiency; OCTOTelematics, which provides computer services to insurance companies and innovative solutions for sustainable mobility, Lynx, which develops technologies and services cutting-edge software. TerniEnergia was ranked 49th place (fourth overall in the Greentech sector) due to an increase in sales over the last 5 years of 2,595%, OCTOTelematics 296mo, with+ 574% growth, while Lynx with a 498mo thanks to + 313%.
