TerniEnergia, a company listed on the Star segment of the Italian Stock Exchange and part of the Italeaf Group, announces that – in relation to the information already communicated in the Interim Report on Operations as at 30 September 2017 – the Regional Administrative Court of Sardinia has suspended, with two separate orders, the revocation of the authorisations for two greenhouse photovoltaic plants owned respectively by Società Agricola Fotosolara Bonnanaro Srl (about 0.7 MWp in power) and Società Agricola Fotosolara Oristano Srl (about 0.9 MWp in power), JV companies in which TerniEnergia holds 50% of the share capital.
The Region of Sardinia, with two separate determinations, had, in fact, ordered the revocation of the single authorisations for the two plants. The Sardinian Regional Administrative Court upheld the precautionary requests made by the Company, granting the suspension and ordering the trial in December 2018.
