As part of the numerous networking activities carried out by the R&I division in preparation for the last phase of the Horizon 2020 program and the launch of Horizon Europe, Softeco joins the INTERVAL pole of the INTEROP-VLab network, the European Virtual Laboratory for Active Corporate Interoperability in the context of Enterprise Interoperability (EI) and associated application domains. Created in March 2007 as Association Internationale Sans But Lucratif (AISBL) under Belgian law, INTEROP-VLab coordinates today more than 30 institutions from 11 countries (including China) and over 150 researchers.
The partnership is aimed at maximizing the chances of success on the forthcoming calls for research on the topics Factory of the Future (FoF), Smart Manufacturing and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) and will see a first response in the coordination activities included in the agenda of the INTEROP-VLab General Assembly of the week from 24 to 28 June in Brussels.
The other members of the INTERVAL pole, with whom Softeco has already had the opportunity to collaborate fruitfully in past research activities, are:
AIDIMME (Instituto Tecnológico Metalmecánico, Mueble, Madera, Embalaje y Afines)
CIGIP (Centro de Investigación en Gestión e Ingeniería de la Producción) – Universidad Politecnica de Valencia (UPV)
ITI (Instituto Tecnológico de Informática)
AINIA (Centro Tecnologico)
IKERLAN (Basque R&D technology centre)
