TerniEnergia, a smart company listed on the Italian Stock Exchange’s electronic share market (MTA) and part of the Italeaf Group, announces that the digital company Softeco Sismat signed today a partnership agreement with “Consorzio Ecodomus: Sustainable construction, energy saving and technologies powered by renewable sources”, for the joint development of commercial activities in the sectors of sustainable building and energy efficiency.
In particular, the strategic alliance will provide for:
- actions of mutual enhancement and promotion, in the Sicilian regional territory, of the products and/or services offered by each of the two Parties;
- the joint development of BEMS (Building Energy Management System) solutions for green and smart building, with particular regard to solutions for works and public bodies;
- joint participation in public-private partnerships, public tenders and procedures or in other forms established by the procurement code, in their respective fields of competence.
Consorzio Ecodomus, based in Licata (AG) is the instrumental body of the Ecodomus District, a cluster of companies from the Sicily Region that includes 152 companies located in 33 municipalities, 25 public sector bodies and 13 municipalities. Among the main actions of the body are the promotion of energy efficiency in end use and smart energy, the reduction of energy consumption of public buildings and social housing, the adoption of innovative technologies and efficient energy management control systems, the spread of micro-generation distributed from renewable sources and cogeneration, the redevelopment of the energy and environmental sector of buildings and public facilities through interventions on individual buildings and/or entire districts of public property or public use.
