TerniEnergia, a company operating in the renewable energy field, listed on Star segment of Borsa Italiana, signed a purchase preliminary agreement concerning 100% of Meet Green Italia S.r.l., a company with registered office in Nardò (LE).
Such a purchase is aimed at developing and building new industrial sized photovoltaic plants in Abruzzo region, for a total installed power of approximately 11 MWp, that to date are at different stages in the authorization process.
The price agreed for purchasing 100% of the company’s corporate capital ranges between Euro 2.64 million and Euro 2.2 million, to be determined according to the values assigned to the authorized plants from time to time (i.e., Euro 240,000 for each MWp authorized within September 30th, 2011, Euro 200,000 for each MWp authorized after September 30th, 2011).
The investment shall be totally financed by cash. Notably, Euro 250.000 shall be paid as down-payment, while the remaining amount shall be paid once that each single plants obtains the permission to open the relevant working site that is expected to take place during the year 2011.
