algoWatt, a GreenTech Company listed on the Euronext Milan market of the Italian Stock Exchange, announces that, today, the independent director Prof. Michele Costabile has resigned for professional reasons related to the fact that he has taken on a position incompatible with that of director of algoWatt. The Company thanks Prof. Costabile for his commitment and expresses its gratitude for his contribution over the years as a member of the Board of Directors and Lead Independent Director. algoWatt will therefore proceed, as soon as possible, to the appointment by co-optation of a new independent director and will promptly inform the market thereof.
